  2. Brief review and strategy.

We read the police brief, identify the available defence pathways or plea position, and lay out a clear plan for next mention and beyond.

  3. Court appearance and outcome.

Frequently Asked

What clients ask before engaging.

Tringali Lawyers offers fixed-fee pricing for most criminal matters in Victoria. Initial consultations are no-obligation and the fixed quote is provided after the police brief is reviewed.

Most criminal matters at Tringali Lawyers are quoted at a fixed fee once the police brief has been received and reviewed. The fee depends on the charge category, expected number of court appearances, and whether the matter is heading for a plea or contested hearing. Initial consultations are no-obligation, and the fixed quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Where Legal Aid funding may apply we will say so up front. We do not charge by the hour for routine matters in the Victorian Magistrates' Court.
